Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS GROUND. If you have ordered a custom product or personalized item please allow up to 72 hours for the product to be made before shipping is completed.  All standard products without customization will ship next business day except during peak season time where it may take 3 business days.  You also have the option of upgrading your shipping to expedited for a 3-4 day delivery time.
