If you ordered a custom item (made especially for you), we need up to 72 hours after payment to finish work. If you ordered a standard item, they usually will ship next day and in some cases 2 business days if volume is high. We ship ground for free if your order is $40 or more, the charge is $5 shipping for orders below $40. This can take up to 5 days to arrive to you after shipment depending how far the package is traveling. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee & will trigger your order to be processed before non expedited orders. Reach out to us if you need something overnighted and we’ll work out faster shipping for you for an additional fee.

If you still cannot find your confirmation, many times emails are accidently entered wrong during checkout and cannot send to the misspelled email. We used to offer free shipping but with the prices of shipping going up- we now have a charge of $2.50 for orders less than $40. All orders over $40 are still shipped free.
