Many orders are custom and made especially for you, so we need up to 72 hours after payment to finish work. We ship ground for free. This can take up to 4 days to arrive to you after shipment depending how far the package is traveling. If you ordered a product that doesn't have any personalzation it will ship next day. If you need your package shipped overnight or sooner, reach out to us and we’ll work out faster shipping for you for an additional fee.
